Consulting services include:

Helping physicians who are looking for a specific practice opportunity to acquire. We can do a targeted search for the practice that meets the criteria of the prospective practice owner. We look for practices currently on the market, but most importantly for those that are not currently on the market. For this service, we charge a small marketing fee initially to institute the search and a consultant fee on completion of the acquisition.

Helping current owners with recruitment needs, whether to enlarge their practice or to secure a new physician to eventually purchase the practice. We have an in-house full time recruitment service as well as we can assist in the structure of the relationship.

Provide physicians consultation services to assist in the purchase of a practice already identified.

Perform valuations of pending transactions.
